Here is the "Greek"-Sadhana, as Mata Mandir Singh calls it himself. the "Rocks" does not stand for the style of music being used on this album, but rather for the solidity and strength of the area which inspired these musical versions. All in all, this is a rhythmic, yet relaxing and powerful Sadhana version.
We love especially the Mantra Wahe Guru Wahe Jio with its steady, powerful tabla-rhythm, its dynamic pace and the straight chanting. In fact, Sadhana Rocks by Mata Mandir Singh is the only CD on which you can find the Mantra Wahe Guru Wahe Jio being chanted in a way so that you can cahnt it 8 times per breath - then there is a pause for inhaling, and than it starts again. This form of chanting and meditating on the mantra does not only wake up the spirit in you, but goes far beyond that!
