Take advantage of our prebooking-service

To be able to offer you a vast selection of products, we purchase some products from foreign countries such as India or the USA where these products are often produced by smaller companies or the artists themselves, and often in smaller quantities. Despite careful planning, this can eventually cause a shortage of several items from time to time.

In our online-shop, we offer you the possibility to prebook those items which are unavailable at the time of your order, or which might not be available in the desired quantity.
In the ordering process, those items are marked as "prebook item". When you select an item in this way, it will be put into a priority notice list under your customer account instead of being put into the shopping cart. In the priority notice list you can update, edit or delete marked items at any time.

Benefit from the advantage of this service: as soon as items from the priority notice list are available again, you will receive a notification by e-mail. This notification does not oblige you to buy any of the prebooked items.
At your next visit, you can simply select the prebooked and notified items and order them in the desired quantity - they will be marked as "item available again" in your priority notice list.
