Hopi Ear Candles & Naturhelix Ear Candles
Since ancient times, the Ear Candle is known in different cultures as a wonderful natural treatment. We
can find historical roots in the steppe peoples of Siberia, in Asia and among the Native American Indians.
Ancient rock paintings show the use of the ear candle at initiation rituals and medicinal ceremonies. Through
the Hopi, the oldest Pueblo people with great medicinal knowledge and highly developed spirituality, this
knowledge has been carried on by many generations to the present day. This is how since around 1985, more and
more people in our culture can experience and appreciate the beneficial effects of this ancient ceremony.
Application & working principle: The ear candles act physically. A slight vacuum (chimney effect) and the
vibration waves of the air in the ear candle, caused by the movement of the flame, act like a gentle eardrum
massage. This results in a pleasant feeling of warmth and a pressure equalization in the ear, forehead and
sinuses, felt as "liberating relieve". This physical effect is often described directly after the application as
a soothing, pressure and pain-relieving sensation, mainly in the ear and head area. Spontaneously, it can also
lead to a freer nasal breathing and an improved sense of smell even with a previously blocked nose. In addition,
the ear candle treatment brings a wonderful feeling of relaxation - a deep sense of security and happiness, as
is rarely to experience! The ear candle is placed properly when you can hear the pleasant crackling and hissing
of the flame.
BIOSUN Ear Candles are made by original Hopi recipe of pure natural bees wax, high-quality honey
extracts and noble aroma essences. They are about 22 cm long and the burning time is 10 - 12 minutes per piece.
They origin in the ancient Indian culture and were originally used as a traditional natural treatment and for
spiritual rites.
Naturhelix Ear Candles are available in different scent variants for specific effects. A special
highlight are the Naturhelix Organic Ear Candles, which are handcrafted from certified organic cotton
fabric with organic beeswax. With their shorter and narrower shape, the Naturhelix Kids Ear Candles have
a shorter burning time and fit well in smaller children's ears. With their selected colors and scents,
Naturhelix Chakra Candles perfectly match with the human energy centers - the Chakras.
The bioenergetic effect of the Chakra Candles can strengthen and balance the human energy system. The Naturhelix
Body Candles stimulate the main meridian points of the body through balanced heat, a moderate vacuum
effect and soothing ethereal scents.
Incense & Essential Oils
Nature holds a staggering amount of different scents for us since time immemorial. For thousands of years,
mankind used these scents, composed and extracted them, by means of simple and also modern methods brought them
to perfection and in this way made them pleasantly accessible to our senses. Since ancient times, the natural
healing sciences of many different cultures already knew about the special advantages and effects of certain
scents or fragrances for the well-being and the psyche. Many of these fragrances have been used ritually and for
medicinal purposes, or for creating a special, meditative atmosphere.
The classical loose incense from single ingredients such as plants, resins and extracts is burned on
special charcoal tablets and has a long lasting effect on any room. These herbal mixtures can be
excellently used for all sorts of ceremonies as well as for cleaning or increasing the energy of a room.
The ever popular and easily usable incense sticks are available in countless forms and variations.
Especially popular are the Satya Sai Baba- or Goloka Nag Champa Incense, classical Ayurvedic Incense Sticks,
Chakra Incense Sticks, and last not least the traditional Tibetan Incense Sticks, which do not have any wood
chip, but are thicker and often more intense. Our loose Incense and Incense Sticks offer many different scents
which vary from classic, floral and exotic, vibrant, relaxing, stimulating and meditative scents and are
universally popular among young and old.
Essential Oils can be described as the "Queen discipline of scents". Naturally pure essential oils are
produced with highest care and are a real delight for the senses. Usually, a few drops of the essential oil are
gently heated in a bowl of water over a tea candle which sets free their wonderful natural fragrance and energy
over a longer period. Essential oils can also be used selectively and therapeutically, but one should not
underestimate their strength. Special blends of essential oils such as Ayurvedic Aroma Oils or Chakra Aromatic
Oils are specially adapted to certain energetic moods and needs.
Soapnuts
For a lasting sense of well-being, besides body care and therapy with natural products, the use of generally
healthy and harmless natural products is very important. As a detergent, for example, the Soapnut is ideal,
because it couldn't be more natural!
The soap nut (botanical name: Sapindus trifoliatus) comes from Asia and is the fruit of a tree that is up
to 15 meters high. It is harvested in Java, Indonesia. The shell of this golden brown nut has an inside layer
that is rich in active washing saponins. The soap nuts are very economical and a 100% renewable resource,
causing no harm to the human body, nor the environment. The soap nuts can be used several times, and afterwards
they can be easily composted.
Our soap nuts come from wild collection and from ancient cultures which have not been genetically modified or
treated with derivates.
