Gymnema sylvestre extract 24%, Jerusalem artichoke root powder 14%, amla extract (Emblica officinalis), guduchi extract (Tinospora cardifolia), turmeric extract (Curcuma longa), triphala powder (Emblica officinalis, Terminalia bellerica, Terminalia chebula), zinc oxide 0.5%, cellulose filler, silica anti-caking agent, pyridoxine 0.14%, chromium 0.004%, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule).

Preparation / Usage:
2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains 240 mg Gymnema sylvestre extract with 63 mg gymnemic acid, 140 mg Jerusalem artichoke root powder, 40 μg chromium* = 100% NRV, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)* = 100% NRV and 3.1 mg zinc* = 31% NRV.
*Pyridoxine contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism.
Not recommended for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
