Ingredients:
Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) 20.4%, acerola extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), liquorice powder 19.9%, tulsi extract (Ocimum sanctum), Guduchi extract (Tinospora cardifolia), Pippali powder, Amla extract (Emblica officinalis), cellulose filler, zinc oxide 1%, anti-caking agent silica, vitamin D3 0.0005% (cholecalciferol from wool fat).

Preparation / Usage:
2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains: 201.4 mg ashwagandha extract powder with 10 mg withanolides, 196.5 mg liquorice, 4.9 μg vitamin D3 = 98% NRV, 3 mg zinc = 30% NRV, 40 mg vitamin C (from plant extracts) = 50% NRV.
