Mussel shell powder 36% (calcium), shatavari extract 14% (Asparagus racemosus), vidari kanda powder (Pueraria tuberosa), liquorice 8%, Brahmi extract (Bacopa monnieri), Ashvagandha extract (Withania somnifera), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule).

Preparation / Usage:
2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains: 360 mg mussel shell powder with 144 mg calcium* = 18% NRV**, 140 mg Shatavari extract with 56 mg saponins.
