Ingredients:
Ashwagandha extract 30.4% (Withania sonifera), guduchi extract (Tinospora cordifolia), shatavari extract (Asparagus racemosus), tulsi extract (Ocimum sactum), Brahmi extract 8% (Bacopa monnieri), Guggulu extract (Commiphora mukul), Vidarikand extract (Pueraria tuberosa), spice powder: Pippali (Piper longum), pepper (Piper nigrum), ginger (Zingiber officinale), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule shell).

Preparation / Usage:
2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains: Ashvagandha extract 320 mg with 10 mg withanolides and 86 mg Brahmi extract with 17 mg bacosides.
Not recommended for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
