In Ayurvedic tradition, the liver (called Yakrit) is associated with the Pitta dosha and Rakta-Dhatu (tissue level of blood). It is the seat of the Pitta dosha and the vital organ involved in the digestion and metabolism of food consumed, the formation of red blood cells and the filtering of toxins from various sources.

Preparation / Usage:
2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains 140 mg guduchi extract, 100 mg milk thistle extract and 120 mg choline* = 30% AI**.
* Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and contributes to normal fat metabolism.
** Based on the AI (Adequate Intake) value of 400 mg/day for adults as determined by the EFSA.
Not recommended for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
