Ashvagandha extract 36% (Withania somnifera), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule shell), amla extract (Emblica officinalis), vidari kanda powder (Pueraria tuberosa), Gokshura powder 10% (Tribulis terrestris), Guduchi extract (Tinospora cordifolia), Shilajit extract (Asphaltum), zinc oxide 1%, cellulose filler, silica anti-caking agent.

Preparation / Usage:
2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains: 360 mg ashwagandha extract with 11.7 mg withanolides, 3.4 mg zinc* = 34% NRV**.
*Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and contributes to normal fertility and normal reproductive capacity.
