Aquarian Transition Gong - Mark Swan CD

This is a powerful Gong-Meditation. For the best results find a quiet dark room where you know you won't be disturbed for the duration. Lie on the floor, ideally on a yoga mat and with a meditation shawl or blanket to cover you, and with your eyes shut, arms by your sides, palms facing up. Your legs should be uncrossed and slightly apart. Take a few moments to relax by breathing into the naval area. When you are ready, just begin the Gong Meditation.
Have the bass and treble set to zero and use good quality headphones, or a sound system with good speakers if possible. Adjust the volume to suit. This Gong CD is designed for meditative purposes.
In order to faithfully reproduce an authentic and undiluted organic Gong experience, this digital recording has been designed to capture the full dynamic range. There had been no compression or equalisation applied. All Gongs used are Paiste Planet Gongs tuned to the individual frequencies as formulated by Hans Cousto (“The Cosmic Octave”).
