Triphala is one of the most famous Ayurvedic recipes, which consists of a combination of three fruits: Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki.
To make Triphala Guggulu, Triphala is combined with the fragrant resin of Indian myrrh (Guggulu) and Pippali, the "long pepper".
This formula is virtually an even stronger version of Triphala. It contains all six flavours. Triphala Guggulu reduces and warms Kapha. Ayurveda experts (Vaidyas) recommend it for different conditions.
