We always try to see our own light in the eyes of others.
We are constantly drawn to radiant people in order to enjoy their light, to nourish ourselves from it and thereby discover our own light.

But if we only ever search externally, we neglect our inner selves. And if we find no one within ourselves, the light of the divine cannot shine within us.

In order to remain in the light and shine from our centre, we must cultivate the 9 virtues or 9 treasures in every relationship so that we can draw from them.

This retreat is a special opportunity to immerse yourself in the combined effects of Kundalini Yoga and applied numerology to become the ray of light that you already are!

Le Rayon d’Or is located in the heart of the « Green Provence », about 40 km north of the Gulf of St. Tropez, and 40 km south of the Lac de St Croix.
In a beautiful, peaceful and natural setting with a large private property, surrounded by olive trees, mediterranean forests and beautiful landscapes, you can enjoy the peace and charm of the environment that has preserved the authenticity of the Provençal lifestyle.
The separate yoga studio, built in the traditional way, offers a calm, energising space with its large windows overlooking nature and the light of the Provençal sun.

  From Nice Airport : Tram to Nice Saint Augustin (lignes 2 et B de tramway).

Avtar Kaur, born in France and living in Germany since 2000, has been influenced by the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya – School of Applied Numerology – since 1998, when she met Yogi Bhajan and Shiv Charan Singh. She is a teacher and trainer for Kundalini Yoga Level 1 and 2, KRI certified by the International School of Karam Kriya, as well as a counsellor and trainer for Karam Kriya, both disciplines she teaches internationally.
Avtar Kaur coaches numerous people in Europe and abroad based on the date of birth and the intuitive intelligence of numbers. She is also co-founder of the Divine Woman Program and was President of the Fédération Française de Kundalini Yoga (FFKY) from 2018 to 2022, and President of 3HO Europe from 2020 to 2022.

Gurbasant Singh is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and has been a passionate mantra musician at least since 1984. He is a founding member of the German mantra band Mardana. The Mantras and Shabads of Kundalini Yoga in particular have become the true love of his heart and soul. Gurbasant Singh himself says: ‘For me, it feels as if through this sacred, wonderful music and the power of sound, everything merges into a richness, an abundance and a harmony that nourishes, inspires, strengthens and guides me with every single note’.
