Our classical Sat Nam Tongue Scraper in the tradition of Ayurveda is made of stainless steel, ensuring a perfect hygene. Solid quality (ca. 8-10 g weight) with high grade finishing - at a permanent low price! This classical tongue scraper comes nicely packed with info in german, english and french.
Instructions for use: Hold the tongue cleaner on both ends with your hands, bringing the curved part as far back to the root of the tongue as possible. From there, scrape the tongue with gentle pressure 3 - 4 times. Then rinse the mouth and the tongue cleaner thoroughly with water.
