Sprouted wheat bread is a tasty bread specialty, which originally came from the Orient. There, people know this extremely vital bread for several thousand years.
Already in the tradition of the Essenes, a "living" bread is reported that was prepared on the basis of sprouted wheat. This sprouted bread was basis and inspiration for making this extraordinary bread - which is, however, now manufactured with modern methods and in accordance with applicable health food regulations.
For our sprouted wheat bread Natural only the best organic wheat varieties are being used. The wheat is first germinated in a hygienic, cool place 2 to 3 days. Through the sprouting process especially the vitamin content of wheat is significantly increased. The resulting sprouts are carefully milled, shaped and baked immediately at very low temperatures (between 100-130 degrees). In the package the bread is pasteurized briefly, making it long lasten when unopened.
The sprouted wheat bread Natural is a fresh and vital bread with a slight sweet and nutty flavor, without any additions. Serve it with butter and spreads of your choice. Also toasted, or roasted in the open pan it is a pure pleasure!
The Sprouted Wheat Bread Natural is gently baked bread from fresh gold seedlings to preserve its remarkable "liveliness". Since biblical times, bread from germinated grain is known and popular because of its high digestibility, which is suitable even for people with allergies.
This can be explained professionally: The conversion of phytic acid and the wheat starch (gluten), together with the interaction with the released minerals during the germination process tunres the bread into a vital food which is hard to compare with conventional bread. Digestive fiber and nutrients do the rest to boost your well-being.

The bread is free of yeast, cow's milk protein free, lactose free, milk protein free, soy-free, very low in gluten (the original gluten is almost completely converted during the germination process), purely vegan. Despite this information, remaining traces could be found.
