Sahacharadi Thailam is a traditional Ayurvedic oil whose recipe comes from the source text of the Sahasrayogam. It is an excellent Vata-reducing body oil for Abhyanga massages and Vasti (enemas). It contains sesame oil, shatavari and manjishta, among others.
