Murivenna is a Vata-reducing premium Ayurveda oil which is especially appreciated as a massage and wellness oil for te bones and joints. Precious ingredients, such as Aloe Vera, ensure high care properties.

Directions:
The Murivenna Ayurveda massage oil does not contain any emulsifiers and can therefore become hard at lower temperatures. For optimal use, carefully heat the oil up to 36-40° C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After the massage, let the oil be absorbed by the skin for at least 30 minutes, or better over night, before taking a bath or shower.
