Triphala (also called Tri-Fruit) is one of the most popular Ayurvedic products ever. This ancient traditional recipe consists of three components:
- Amalaki (Indian gooseberry, botanical name: Emblica officinalis), the fruits of the Amla tree. Amla is said to have a cooling effect.
- Bibhitaki (green beleric myrobalan, botanical name: Terminalia bellirica), an ideal fruit to balance the earth energy Kapha and the fire energy Pitta.
- Haritaki (chebulic myrobalans, botanical name: Terminalia chebula), the fruit of the myrobial tree. It grows in the lowlands throughout India. Haritaki is an exquisite Rasayana for Vata constitutions.
Nimi Ayurveda Triphala extract in capsules is particularly easy and effective to use.

Ingredients:
Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) extract 26.5%, Belerian myrobalan (Terminalia belerica) extract 26.5% and Chebulic myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) extract 26.5%
Processing aids:
Capsule material: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable). Filler: starch (gluten-free potato starch), release agent talcum.
Preparation / Usage:
1 capsule 2 times a day. The daily intake contains 300 mg each of Amalaki, Terminalia Belerica and Terminalia Chebula
Storage & Use:
Keep dry and cool, do not expose to direct sunlight, do not store in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children.
