Miswak is the root of the so-called "toothbrush tree" (botanical name: Salvadora persica). It has been used for thousands of years in Arab countries for natural tooth cleaning, making it the oldest form of a toothbrush.
Miswak wood naturally contains fluoride, tannins, saponins, vitamin C, flavonoids, silicon, calcium and potassium. These ingredients can be very effective in oral hygiene and beneficial for dental health. The absolute insider tip for healthy white teeth.

Length of root: approx. 16 cm
Application:
Remove approx. 1 cm of bark and clean the miswak root under running water. Then chew on the tip until the miswak root can be used like a brush. Now you can start cleaning your teeth. Please brush each tooth individually and gently, without applying too much pressure, and always away from the gums. You can use the tip of your tongue to feel whether your teeth are smooth and clean. Please spit out any broken wood fibres. Allow to dry after use. If the cleaning effect diminishes, the miswak must be shortened and chewed again.
