Jathyadi Thailam is a traditional Ayurvedic massage oil based on sesame oil, coconut oil, herbs and aqueous herbal extracts. It reduces pitta and kapha and is also recommended for very sensitive skin.
The original Ayurveda recipe is handed down in the ancient text Sahasrayogam – Sree Sankara Jathyadi Thailam is still traditionally produced according to this recipe in Kerala (India).

Application tips:
Jathyadi Thailam is intended for external use only. Due to temperature the oil can harden. For optimal use, heat in a 36-40° warm water bath and shake the bottle well before use. Jathyadi Thailam can be massaged slowly and gently into the skin, but is also suitable for Dhara applications: let the warm oil drip slowly and in small quantities for approx. 10 - 15 minutes onto the affected area. Jathyadi Thailam can be used for the whole body, but is also suitable for a head massage.
