Ingredients:
80 % sleeping berry root powder (Ashwagandha root powder, bot. Withania somnifera)*, 20 % vegan capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Preparation / Usage:
Take 2 capsules once a day, unchewed, with plenty of liquid after meals.
