Bhringamalakadi Keram is a premium Ayurvedic massage oil based on coconut oil and Bhringaraj, which is perfectly suited for hair and head massage - therefore it is an ideal Ayurvedic oil for Dhara and Shirodhara applications. It is valued for its Pitta-reducing properties.
Directions:
The ayurvedic Bhringamalakadi Keram massage oil does not contain any emulsifiers and can therefore become hard at lower temperatures. For optimal use, carefully heat the oil up to 36-40° C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After the massage, let the oil be absorbed by the skin for at least 30 minutes, or better over night, before taking a bath or shower.
