Balaswagandhadi Enna is traditionally valued in Ayurveda as "muscle relaxation oil". It is able to balance typical Vata-related imbalances and also has Kapha-reducing properties.
Due to its main ingredients, it is also called "Ashwagandha Bala Lakshadi Thailam".
Directions:
The Balaswagandhadi Enna Ayurvedic massage oil does not contain any emulsifiers and can therefore become hard at lower temperatures. For optimal use, carefully heat the oil up to 36-40° C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After the massage, let the oil be absorbed by the skin for at least 30 minutes, or better over night, before taking a bath or shower.
