Shakticard Art Postcard by Shakti Silke de Sousa
This Shakticard is inspired by a simple but powerful Kundalini Yoga exercise: Sat Kriya.
It brings light into your body and mind – afterwards you feel powerful, alert and radiant. The upright posture is reminiscent of a church tower that rises into the sky like an antenna and captures light.
The postcard is a wonderful spiritual companion for meditation, affirmations and light work – for consciousness processes that bring more brightness, joy and inner clarity into life. An inspiring gift for yogis, lightworkers and anyone who loves transformation and energy work.
Light transforms everything: cold, dark dust becomes sparkling gemstones. My heart, once heavy, shines like a warming, clear star.
Affirmation
Between light and darkness, I stand up straight. I open myself to the light and consciously allow it to flow into me through my higher energy centres.
Light flows to me – and light radiates from me. A powerful field of light surrounds and protects me.
