Yoga exercises, Asanas or exercises of all kinds, being performed whilst sitting and especially whilst laying down, can be rather harmful and uncomfortable when being done on a hard ground. Here, the right yoga mat is needed to support your body as well as isolate it, so its warmth is being contained and your feel comfortable during the exercises.

The most suitable material that nature can give us is pure wool, since it is providing as well isolating as naturally breathing and moistness-exchanging properties. Wool is also naturally resistant against dirt, it is solid and durable for many years.

Our natural Yoga Mat Standard is handmade and consist of three different parts:

• A Surface layer made of pure, soft and highest quality Merino wool with ecotex-standard 100 certification.
• A filling with woollen fleece of ca. 400 g/square meter
• An underside of pure, soft and solid Molton-cotton, interwoven with the woollen fleece.
• Components comply with the Ecotex Standard 100.

Our Sat Nam Natural Yoga Mats are fully and roundly edged and quality-handcrafted, so they will serve you for many years. With handy ribbon to roll-up the mats. Woollen surface washable by hand.
