Each capsule contains 500 mg of ground organic psyllium husks and therefore 2700 mg of fibre in a daily portion of 6 capsules. Thanks to the vegan HPMC capsule, you can easily swallow the psyllium powder with water. Naturally, there are no additives such as anti-caking agents or fillers.
Psyllium husks – sustainably grown in India
Govinda organic psyllium husks come from India, where they are carefully cultivated. The purity of the psyllium husks determines their swelling capacity, an important characteristic in their function for the intestines. The purer they are, the better they swell.
The organically grown psyllium husks from Govinda used for these capsules are 99% pure.

Preparation / Usage:
Take 2 capsules three times a day unchewed with plenty of liquid (at least 250 ml) 30 minutes before a meal on an empty stomach.
