Hempseed oil is an exquisite natural oil with a very special, slightly nutty taste. Our organic hempseed oil makes your dishes even better! The organic hemp oil is cold-pressed and should be used only cold, so that the pure taste and the valuable nutrients are preserved.
Due to the chlorophyll contained, the organic hempseed oil has a green color. It also contains plenty of beta-carotene. What is really special about hemp oil is its high content of about 70-80% of valuable poly-unsaturated fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, as well as the rare, high-quality gamma-linolenic acids. The relation between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are about 1:3 in hemp oil, which is considered ideal for the human body.
Hemp oil also contains vitamin E, vitamin B1 and B2, as well as large amounts of important minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, manganese and copper.
Our organic hemp oil is a delicious enrichment for dressings, sauces, juices, smoothies and salads. Organic hempseed oil is cold-pressed, at temperatures below 40 ° Celsius.
