Ayurvedic Ghee in organic quality
In the ancient Indian teachings of Ayurveda, Ghee is known as the elixir of life. The authentic organic ghee from Govinda is produced exclusively by hand using the boiling process according to Ayurvedic tradition.
Unlike normal butter, ghee contains almost no protein due to the long cooking process and subsequent filtering and is lactose-free. Ghee consists of 99% pure fat, the so-called ‘clarified butter’. The high smoke point makes it particularly heatable and perfect for frying and deep-frying.
Govinda organic Ghee is made exclusively from sweet cream clarified butter from German organic farms. In accordance with organic regulations, the cows are kept on pasture whenever possible.
