Cosmoveda organic Cocos Ghee combines the advantages of precious ghee and cooling coconut oil.
Cosmoveda Cocos Ghee is particularly suitable as a Pitta-reducing alternative to pure ghee or the COSMOVEDA Creamed Coconut. Cosos Ghee is ideal for braising, cooking and steaming vegetables and dal, as well as for refining cooked food.
The fine, delicate coconut aroma enriches the dishes with a refined Asian flavor.
