Organic certified. Chestnut is one of the most precious fruit we know in Central Europe. All major organic minerals are contained in the chestnut colloidal form. It contains nearly all the mineral salts, many complex vitamins and pure oils. The chestnut is highly digestible thanks to carbohydrates; it is rich in fiber and low in protein.
