Prandhara Ayurvedic Herbal Oil with Mint by Maharishi is a unique all-natural essential oil with fresh scents of camphor, mint, eucalyptus, clove, fennel, cinnamon and ajwain (wild celery seed). In addition to being used as a refreshing, Kapha-reducing aromatic oil, the clarifying aromas produced when rubbed in are found to be highly pleasant.
A few drops are sufficient for inhalation. The Prandhara Ayurvedic herbal oil with mint is versatile and can be used, for example, to rub into muscles and joints.

Preparation / Usage:
Examples of use:
- Gently massage 1 - 2 drops into the skin of the temples, forehead, chest, neck or abdomen.
- Put 1 - 4 drops in hot water, cover the head and breathe in the essential steam.
- Put a few drops on a handkerchief or pillow at night.
- In addition to its use as an aroma oil, it can also be used very well in diluted form as a massage oil. For dilution, add one drop of Ayurvedic herbal oil with mint to at least 20 drops or half a teaspoon of vegetable oil, preferably sesame oil, and mix well.
