Sesame oil can be used as head- and body massage oil, for Abhyangas and all sorts of ayurvedic massage treatments. Sesame oil reduces Vata.
This Sesame oil is deliberately not metured (not preheated). It should be heated up to 35 - 40° C prior to any treatment.
