Sat Nam Rasayan is the spiritual art of healing in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
In Sanskrit, "Sat Nam Rasayan" means "healing through the name" or "deep relaxation in the divine name."
It is therefore a form of spiritual healing that does not involve magic or miracles.
Sat Nam Rasayan teaches healing through meditation. The healer does not skip any steps or interfere with the flow of events. They meditate and use a specific element of the meditating mind, namely consciousness, to melt away the resistance of the person seeking healing.
In this way, old blockages, which are often responsible for all kinds of imbalances, are released and healing can take place from within.
Guru Dev Singh learned this healing art subtly and without direct verbal instructions from Yogi Bhajan. He then developed this meditative but highly effective technique over decades and trained many teachers in Sat Nam Rasayan.
