The Yoga mat Earth by Ako Yoga is free of any toxic substances. The production of the material is also environmentally friendly. During the production process, no phthalates, toluenes, AZO colors or heavy metals are being used.
The Yoga mat Earth is made of hypoallergenic TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), which does not contain PVC, latex or natural rubber. The cells of the Earth Yoga mats are designed in such a way that they disintegrate during composting after some time so that only water and other biodegradable components remain. Production waste and rejects are recycled directly after production to produce new yogamats.
TPE foam provides excellent comfort, slip resistance and stability with excellent cushioning properties. 3 mm thickness with a TPE exercise mat offer similarly high comfort as a mat with approx. 6 mm thickness. The Yoga mat Earth has even 6 mm thickness, and with a light weight of approx. only 900 g!
The Eco design features beautifully patterned surfaces in two different colors and rounded corners. Both sides can be used!
