Millet flakes*, rice flakes*, finger millet/ragi* (Corakorn) 18.6%, mulberries* 9.2%, dates*, cranberries* 5.5%, grapes*, pomegranate* 1.8%, hibiscus flowers 1.3%, coriander seeds*, raspberries*, rose petals*, anise*, fennel*, cardamom*, pippali* (long pepper).

Preparation / Usage:
Bring one portion = 80 g to the boil briefly in approx. 300 ml water, place the lid on and simmer for 5 minutes at low heat stir occasionally. Sweeten with Sharkara ayurvedic sugar, Jaggery or maple syrup as desired.
