Neem has been used in India for more than 7000 years. In ancient Ayurvedic texts, neem is highly praised, e.g. as the "universal healer of all diseases" (Sarva roga nivarini). In Sanskrit, neem is known as arista, which means "imperishable and perfect".
The fact that neem has also found its way into Indian-Ayurvedic cuisine is due to the fact that people strive to include all flavours. And certainly also due to the fact that neem has an outstanding mythological role in Indian culture.
In India, neem churna is often dissolved in warm water and drunk. Honey, sugar or lemon juice is often added to improve the taste.
Neem Churna consists only of the plant parts specified in the Ayurvedic texts, is processed and produced according to the Ayurvedic guidelines, and is of highly pure, laboratory-tested quality!
