Ingredients:
Tulsi leaves* (Ocimum sanctum, holy basil)
* From controlled organic cultivation
Preparation / Usage:
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Tulsi tea to 150 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes. Then sieve and enjoy.
