Shilajit, also known as Mumijo, is a natural, resinous substance that is mainly found in mountain regions such as the Himalayas and the Andes. It is formed over centuries through the decomposition of plants and other organic material and is particularly rich in minerals, fulvic acid and other bioactive compounds.
Shilajit or mumijo is ‘secreted’ in particular from shale rock as so-called asphaltum.
In the teachings of Ayurveda, purified Shilajit is particularly valued for its numerous positive properties and is an important ingredient in many Ayurvedic formulations.
Shilajit forte from Classic Ayurveda is a particularly effective variant because the original substance has undergone a purification and extraction process. The important substance fulvic acid has been concentrated and standardised and the product has been enriched with vitamin B6, vitamin D3 and Ashvagandha extract, making Shilajit forte a particularly effective combination for vitality and energy.

Ingredients:
Shilajit/Mumijo (Asphaltum) extract powder 54 %, bulking agent cellulose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)*, ashvagandha (Withania somnifera) extract, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from wool fat), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule shell).
Preparation / Usage:
2 capsules daily. This corresponds to a daily intake of 649 mg shilajit extract powder with 325 mg fulvic acid, 5 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)* = 356 % NRV**, 5 μg vitamin D3 = 100% NRV** and 100 mg ashvagandha extract with 3.5 mg withanolides.
* Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
