Shallaki (Boswelia serrata), better known as Indian frankincense, is a resinous tree with papery, flaking bark and pollen up to 25 cm long, whose resin and bark have been used in Ayurvedic nutrition for thousands of years.
The finely and gently (below 40°C) ground powder of the resin comes from Cosmoveda's Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects.
According to Ayurveda, this product correlates at the level of the harmonious balance of the doshas by balancing the six flavours. It provides sweet, bitter and tart flavours.
The qualities of Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata), also known as shallaki or rasna, have attracted the interest of scientists researching its suspected anti-inflammatory effects.
The health of bones and joints is jeopardised by arthritis, artrosis, gout or rheumatism. In addition to a balanced diet, maintaining good health also involves plenty of exercise and yoga as well as special spa treatments such as Ayurvedic massages and baths.

Preparation / Usage:
Take 4 capsules of 0.47g (0.37g net content) 2 x daily between meals with warm water. The daily intake contains 2.96g herbal powder.
