Ayurvedic powdered coffee, an alternative to traditional recipes
Ingredients:
Strychnos potatorum (Clearing nut), Cassia occidentalis (Cassia cinnamon bark), winter cherry (Withania somnifera, known as Ashwagandha), licorice.
Allergy information:
Contains licorice. In case of hypertension, excessive consumption of licorice is not recommended.
Preparation / Usage:
A small cup of Raja (1 measure or ¼ - ½ teaspoon per cup) in boiling water; With or without a coffee filter, as desired. Leave to rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Or pour for 1-2 minutes in water or a water-milk mixture and filter. Sweeten at your convenience.
