The classic ayurvedic massage oil Mahanarayana Thailam by Nimi Ayurveda is very popular for its relaxing properties, as the name suggests: Maha means "great" or "sublime", Narayana means "peace" or "relaxation".
The Mahanarayana Thailam Ayurveda massage oil is considered the highest quality oil from the time of the Maharajas of India. It has a nourishing and uplifting effect and can be recommended especially for cases of stress and Vata excess. According to the classical Ayurvedic literature, it is ideally suited for the Marma massage (Ayurvedic source: Sahasrayogam).
You can quickly feel the positive qualities of this classic Ayurveda massage oil. It is therefore also an excellent oil for athletes and athletes.
Directions:
The Mahanarayana Thailam Ayurveda massage oil does not contain any emulsifiers and can therefore become hard at lower temperatures. For optimal use, carefully heat the oil up to 36-40° C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After the massage, let the oil be absorbed by the skin for at least 30 minutes, or better over night, before taking a bath or shower.
