The Mahanarayana Thailam ayurvedic massage oil is considered the highest quality oil from the time of the Maharajas of India. It has a nourishing and uplifting effect and can be recommended especially for stress-strained people. According to the classical Ayurveda literature, it is best suited for the Marma massage.

The positive qualities of this classic ayurvedic massage oil for well-being are very effective. It is therefore also an excellent oil for and athletes and all kinds of sports.
Directions:
The Mahanarayana Thailam Ayurveda massage oil does not contain any emulsifiers and can therefore become hard at lower temperatures. For optimal use, carefully heat the oil up to 36-40° C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After the massage, let the oil be absorbed by the skin for at least 30 minutes, or better over night, before taking a bath or shower.
