Khichadi Mung Santulan is a delicious Ayurvedic rice with yellow mung beans (peeled, cut in half), which is prepared directly for cooking and harmonizes the Vata and Pitta Doshas.
Kchichadi Mung is ready to cook - it is very tasty and easy to digest.
Preparation for about 2-3 servings: Pour the contents of the package in about 900 ml of boiling water, cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. For extra flavor, you can sprinkle with coriander and freshly grated coconut, or mix with yogurt. Serve hot.
