Healing Addictive Behavior is a compilation of ancient yogic teachings that are highly effective for changing habitual behavior. These technologies derive from the science of Kundalini Yoga and the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Practical and realistic, they address compulsive behaviors and the pressures of modern day stress and anxiety.
This is the follow-up of Mukta Kaur’s successful book Meditations for Addictive Behaviour and specifically covers the subjects: Alcohol, Nicotine, Marijuana and Cocaine.
Presented in a clear and easy-to-read format, SuperHealth® combines powerful Kundalini Yoga, breathing techniques and meditations with restorative foods, therapeutic juice blends and vitamins.
Mukta Kaur Khalsa, Director of SuperHealth, one of the moist successful programs in the USA in the treatment of addictions and drug abuse, personally studied the teachings for addictive behavior with Yogi Bhajan from 1973 until his death in 2004. She directed a specialized rehabilitation hospital in Tucson, AZ and more recently ran a pilot program in collaboration with the Punjab government in India. She is co-author of a recently published research paper on the results of the India program. Mukta Kaur is the 3HO UN representative to the Office of Drug Control and Crime, Vienna.
