Size|Variant:

COSMOVEDA Pure Ghee, that is clarified butter, is an important ingredient in the Ayurvedic cuisine and used for cooking, frying, baking, braising and stewing. The organic milk for the Cosmoveda Ghee comes from willow cows from the Alpine foothills of Bavaria, which in contrast to high-yielding cows only give about half the amount of milk and are not kept for slaughter.

Cosmoveda Ghee is traditionally made from cream yoghurt and is therefore very tasty and of high quality, a special ingredient for many delicious recipes. In the preparation of many Ayurveda dishes such as curries, dal and soups, spices are first seared in ghee so that they can develop their full aroma. Ghee can be used sparingly.

From certified organic cultivation.
