Ingredients:

100% organic cultivated, cracked-open spirulina algae

Preparation / Usage:

First week: 2-4 tablets daily (500 mg/tablet) with water or Aloe Vera juice, before or after the meal. Afterwards: 6 tablets daily. The individual need can vary, depending on the nutrient requirement, individual activity and age.

Storage & Use:

Store in a cool and dry place, out of reach of small children.
