Copper bottles are made of pure copper. In India they are also known as Tamra Jal, which means "copper water". There, they have a long tradition and have been produced and used for more than 200 years.
According to the teachings of Ayurveda, the copper bottle helps to enrich the drinking water with copper to balance the three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
