Ghee is an important part of Ayurvedic cooking and belongs to those foods which the Ayurvedic texts say should be taken every day. It is a high-quality food with beneficial effects for the skin. It cleanses the physical channels, renews tissues and strengthens the digestive fire and life energy without increasing Pitta.
Ghee is easily digestible and is a good alternative to butter, oil and fat. It gives dishes a refined, nutty taste. Ideal for roasting, baking, stewing, steaming, light roasting of spices and for the refinement of Indian and Ayurvedic dishes.
This organic clarified butter is made from high-quality Austrian Alpine milk. The cows are fed only with grass and hay. It is made following classical ayurvedic procedures and is medicated with premium herbs. It is produced at AMLA Natur's own facility in Rosengarten.
