The Sree Sankara Ashwagandha Thailam Premium Ayurveda massage oil is valuable by its high herbal content. It can be applied for the daily massage. Ashwagandha is the Indian Ginseng, which is particularly known for its rejuvenating and regnerating properties. A massage with Ashwagandha oil strengthens, gives vitality and is said to increase the resiliance.
Directions:
The Ashwagandha Ayurveda massage oil does not contain any emulsifiers and can therefore become hard at lower temperatures. For optimal use, carefully heat the oil up to 36-40° C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After the massage, let the oil be absorbed by the skin for at least 30 minutes, or better over night, before taking a bath or shower.
