The Amalaki Rasayana is based on Amla (also known as Amalaki), a fruit similar to the gooseberry and with particularly high vitamin C content, ghee (clarified butter), honey, cane sugar and Pippali (long pepper), prepared in the traditional way. The result is a deliciously mild, easily digestible herbal amla puree with precious vital ingredients.
Amalaki Rasayana from Nimi Ayurveda tastes a bit like its "big brother", the Chyawanprash, however, it contains only Pippali as a seasoning additional ingredient. It therefore has a mild taste, deliciously light, refreshing and revitalizing. and is highly pure, lab-tested quality!

Preparation / Usage:
1-2 teaspoon in the morning with some warm milk.
