Almonds are amongst the most valuable things that nature is offering us. In the yogic and ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle, almonds a highly recommended for a healthy life - both as a food as well as an important ingredient for natural body care and cosmetics.
Due to their high Vitamin E content, almonds are also used in natural healing traditions. Almonds also contain a lot of poly-unsaturated fatty acids, minerals and trace elements such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, fluorine, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium and selenium, as well as a high content of vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid and folic acid.
White almond paste contains only almonds, peeled. It is especially mild and easy to digest. With its fine almond aroma, it can be used as delicious bread-spread or topping for mueslis, as well as for enriching sauces and dips.
Our white almond paste contains only peeled almonds, with no added emulsifier - therefore it is natural that after some time a topping of nut-oil appears. Simply stir well before use.
